For all your goods delivered or being tested, you have access to a bug tracking manager where you can enter your bugs or see any bugs you've reported to us via email or telephone. You will receive e-mails to show their status changes and you will be informed as soon as they are fixed. We are committed to fixing bugs reported (and confirmed as bugs considering the specifications) within 48 hours.
